I have PTSD and simple tasks can be quite challenging while coping with this condition, and selling a house is no simple task. She did so much for me to get my house ready to sell and to take care of it after I moved out of state while it was on the market. "Thank you" seems so inadequate to express how very much I appreciate everything she did for me during this difficult and extremely stressful time.

Our purchase was in escrow over 150 days due to some issues on seller’s end, but through it, Trista provided us with updates, guidance, and options, which was very helpful in what could have been an otherwise stressful situation.

We weren’t 100% set on buying just yet, but there was a home near family that we just couldn’t pass on. Trista took us on without hesitation, represented us along with the seller and was fair in her practice.
